I have since a young age had an innate passion for human psychology, health and
wellbeing and went on to study psychology, health promotion at workplaces and
finally I gained a master’s in public health from Karolinska Institute, Sweden. Having
studied and worked in many different fields of health over the years I really began to
understand and take a deep dive into it in 2011 on a silent meditation retreat. Since
then I have completed a course each year, each time coming out happier, lighter on
my feet and more connected. When this path of holistic health grew from within me, I
realised that in our fast-paced and disconnected society the best contribution I could
make was to help humans come back home to themselves, to create healthy and
sustainable health from within. In this way, if each person takes responsibility for
oneself the greater collective will be a harmonious place. My aim is to be a teacher
and guide that helps you gain control over your own wellbeing and in this way
become the pilot of your life.

Motto “You can intellectualise all you want but the real work starts from a space of
stillness, when you can experience your own truth”.

Nature loves courage. You make the commitment and nature will respond to that commitment by removing obstacles. Dream the impossible dream and the world will not grind you under, it will lift you up. This is the trick. This is what all these teachers and philosophers who really counted, who really touched the alchemical gold, this is what they understood. This is the shamanic dance in the waterfall. This is how magic is done. By hurling yourself into the abyss and discovering it's a feather bed

One Breath of Yoga Ashram" in Mexico, you feel like part of the family there and Coco is the most magnificent ashtanga yoga teacher. "Harmonic Sounds" Alcalali Spain, a beautiful Cupula to really transform and work with the power of sound and vibration.

What's your personal definition of what it means to thrive?

"I did not come to survive in life, I came to thrive." To feel it all, embrace all facets of life. To thrive to me is to be a seeker of ones one truth and to pursue that with focus and consistent practice. To find the medicine we all carry within and share it with the world. To bloom in our own unique and beautiful way, like flowers.

Who do you look up to ? Who has helped you the most along your teacher / retreat leader journey?

So many along the way. I want to mention my dear friend and first teacher, Pete that pointed me in the direction of meditation. My teachers and mentors during the therapist courses I have taken. And last but not least magical beings, healers, artists and teachers I have met during the fortunate times of travelling.
