I offer wholeheartedness during all of my workshops, retreats, projects & collaborations. With me, you will get clarity and truth, solutions, and tips, plus an authentic teacher that is in the process of learning as well as sharing my experiences.

Fawakay Villas was my favorite venue. It is located in Marrakesh, Morocco, and run by a British couple. It is a magical oasis in the desert that provided a refuge with the most delicious food, beautiful gardens, and a serene setting. To me, this is the perfect retreat location. The pool with the little book shed and the Hammam on the property were all bonuses.

The list is as varied as it is long, and it includes authors, coaches, friends & family. A few of my go-to authors include Paulo Coelo (The Alchemist), Brene Brown(Rising Strong) & Eckhart Tolle (A New Earth) as well as Life Coaches most notably the late Ali Pinchard. However, my deepest learnings have mostly come from sincere and honest connections with others when we are the most authentic.
