Surf and yoga changed my life in so many ways!! I discovered long ago through surfing that life was more than a life spent in an office. It opened me to so many different ways to see life, and even tho I started yoga since I was in university, it wasn't until surfing that these two became the magic combo for my well being, deeper connection and flow with myself.
Yoga has given me so much healing! I never really thought to teach yoga, but then I gave it a go, and I felt all this exchange of energies, and how people can heal too through this powerful tool; so now I teach for them and for me.

It really lights me up to be around people, make connections, network and share my experiences in life (I have a few!). That's why I love being in retreats and thrive with individuals from so many different backgrounds.
Communication is my thing. My brain explodes having amazing conversations and learning new interesting stuff.

Retreat Specialties

The organizers! Most of us are friends that we met traveling to surfing destinations, so we have all that kind of vibe.

What are your favorite Retreat Venues around the world

Clandestino in Maderas, Nicaragua- It is the most lovely property. We did our very first retreat here, and everything was perfect. Simple, delicious food and amazing times with the Chilean owners and all the guests. Villas Sayulita, Mexico- We did another retreat here, and Sabri and Sami are the greatest. The hotel is really cool, has a nice shala and a temazcal. We had the time of our lives! Then, In Bali, there's so, so many! I really love the Pineapple house, Yoga Searcher, Uluwatu Villas, etc.

What's your personal definition of what it means to thrive?

Thrive for me is to go the extra mile, to exchange, ideas, energy, and knowledge. To learn and let yourself feel vulnerable in the presence of each other.

Who do you look up to ? Who has helped you the most along your teacher / retreat leader journey?

I always felt inspired by my teacher Kim Tasker who wiped my ass with her classes in Nicaragua, and my lovely Sunny; my teacher for years in San Sebastian. I guess I love their integrity at teaching and the way they were fully invested in all their lessons. Never a dull class with them :)))
