Dr VIJAY MITTAL B.A.M.S., D.N.Y.S., M.Sc. (Medicinal Plants)
(Ayurveda consultant Physician and Panchkarma Expert )

Dr Vijay Mittal was fortunate to be born in North India as this helped him to visit renowned masters in the Himalayas at an early age. This proved helpful in his search for Cosmic Prana healing. He spent years in the company of these renowned masters exploring meditation and medicinal plants in the Himalayan forests whilst continuing his studies. After completing his secondary education, he studied at Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak, India and completed a 6-year B.A.M.S (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicines and Surgery) degree course in Ayurveda.

After completing his Master's Degree in Medicinal Plants, Dr Mittal is currently pursuing a research project in this field.
Dr Mittal has been actively associated with creating awareness of Ayurveda, natural healing, understanding our body-mind, sleep, breathing patterns, diet etc. He has been invited on radio talk shows, has featured on TV programmes and has written several articles for magazines and newspapers.

His motto is to create a society that is naturally healthy, one that is more in tune with itself, where we live more harmoniously with nature and are less dependent on medicines.
