Aloha! For the past 22 years now I have been sharing Kahuna transformational retreats and trainings in some of the most beautiful, sacred spaces in South Africa. Connecting to the power and beauty of nature and harnessing this Mana for our own personal growth and breakthroughs is a big part of the holistic retreats I facilitate. From the warm Indian ocean, to the African bushveld and ancient majestic mountains, our retreats attract anyone interested in personal development, spiritual connection and enrichment through the power and generosity of Hawaiian spiritual practices and teachings. Delicious food, gentle stretching, meditation, the Aloha spirit (loving kindness) and giving and receiving loving touch through the art of Kahuna bodywork form part of these unforgettable experiences. We look forward to sharing Mana and magic with you. Aloha, Anthea
