Marie-Christine is a yoga teacher who brings imagination and creativity to her teaching, with an emphasis on sharing yoga with families, friends, and in particular, with children and adolescents. She started her yoga study in 1998. In 2013, she obtained the Yoga Teacher Certificate for Families and Communities. This wonderful training took place with Gopala Yaffa (Founder of Rainbow Kids Yoga) and Françoise Barbira Freedman (Founder of Birthlight) and she now shares community yoga between Geneva and Portugal. In Geneva, she trains teachers and educators. In Portugal, she teaches kids yoga and family yoga classes, in private international schools after school care, and also loves to give training to a grown-up who want to teach yoga to children. She runs yoga retreats, including, surf, sup yoga, meditation, conscious walking.
Yoga is so much fun when it is taught in a nice & creative way!
