A teacher once told me ; there are two types of people who come to yoga Those who dream and those in pain. I definitely belong to the latter. I started practicing to come to terms with my struggles , and became a teacher to help others address and work with theirs. After two decades of practice and teaching I am confident that yoga is one of the most intelligent ways for us to contextualize this sometimes very confusing and challenging human existence and I feel honored to be able to share what I have learned.
