Yoga came into my life in an early age, since then it was a practice that gave me a feeling of grounding and wellbeing. It has always inspired me to travel, and explore more about me, and this ancient discipline. In my journeys, I have met amazing teachers, some famous, others totally unknown, but all of them willing to share their knowledges. Today, I share with my students more than 35 years of this yoga journey. I like to offer a variety of styles, (Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa, Restorative, etc), so I can cater to the needs of each practitioner. Since 2007 I have focused in the Taoist Yoga studies,(Yin and Yang Yoga). Last year, I had the honor to be invited to expose Yin Yoga to a large audience at the XVI National Yoga Conference in Mexico City.
I am currently living in Puerto Vallarta, (Mexico), and it is in this tropical paradise where I lead a series of Yoga Retreats based on the five elements of Chinese Medicine. Also, I guide the 2oo hours Hatha Yoga Teachers Trainings Certification, and 100 hours in Yin Yoga, (RYS200).
