For most of my life, I tried to be in control over things I never really had any control with and when everything in my life suddenly fell apart, the only person who could look to pick myself up was me. Until I was able to fully accept and surrender, that's when the love and grace poured through.

Creating Supparetreat has been a journey I never thought I would ever take but now that I'm here, it has been a safe space for me to learn and unlearn with others. Supparetreat focuses on connection, self discovery, and building confidence from within.

What are your favorite Retreat Venues around the world

We loved our first retreat held at Tanjong Jara Resort. The delicious local Malaysian food and the beach at the northeast coast of Peninsular Malaysia.

What's your personal definition of what it means to thrive?

It means you have alignment in all parts of your life and feeling like your direction is in flow.

Who do you look up to ? Who has helped you the most along your teacher / retreat leader journey?

Working with a plethora of coaches in my retreat has encouraged me to strengthen my ability as a coach.
