After many years of studying ballet, she found yoga where she discovered incredible balancing benefits that gradually changed her life path.

Practicing mainly Vinyasa & Ashtanga, she decided to take a teaching course in order to deepen into her practice.

She went to Rishikesh, India, where she took a 200-hour Teachers Training Course at Vinyasa Yoga School registered by Yoga Alliance.

After that, she started teaching Vinyasa yoga and Power yoga in Playa del Carmen and San Miguel de Allende, México.

She's been travelling to places like: France,Bali, Japan & Sweden to teach in different studios through workshops & Master Classes.

Her class is very dynamic, combining Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa, a lot of sweat and smiles... along with a nice playlist or live music that will inspire you in every posture.

She loves sharing her practice with others so they can experience the benefits of yoga as healing, strengthening, calming, and empowering practice.
