I'm native of Siena, Tuscany. I have lived for some years around the world and quite some time in the Indian Ocean and Africa, where I met my first Yoga teacher. I teach in English and Italian. I'm a certified 500RTY teacher of Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yoga Nidra, Meditation. I currently teach in several studious around Siena city, and have experience teaching in various yoga retreats. I have not organized a retreat myself yet but in cooperation with retreats' organizers as I know what I'm best at, sharing the Yoga teachings! I love taking people on a journey to reconnect to that space within oneself, where stillness, freedom and bliss reside.
