With over ten years of experience practicing Yoga and guiding others through the complete way of Yoga, I am excited to share my knowledge with all those who seek it. I am also a professional Yoga Therapist working to certify teachers to heal through Yoga. Much of my focus is on the philosophy from the ancient Yoga texts and I offer students practical tools in order to incorporate these teachings into their everyday lives, thus reducing their suffering. Vipassana meditation is another one of my focuses, with which I hold retreats worldwide, teaching people the different techniques and methods of Mindfulness and Yogic Meditation.

Retreat Specialties

Each retreat is unique and custom-designed, always set in a beautiful natural setting, where daily walks are incorporated into the practice. I guide my students through the whole process and they leave with tools to use right away in their everyday lives. Nothing stays as theory, what we learn is used throughout the retreat and back in real life.

Teaching Specialties

I accompany students through the complete way of Yoga and help them maximize their full potential. Students can expect to make sense of all the philosophy they have learned until now, and gain tools to actually use this knowledge in practical and useful ways.

What are your favorite Retreat Venues around the world

Lev Hamidbar in Tzukim, Israel - This center is truly special. The accommodation is very comfortable, the yoga hall is gorgeous, and the surrounding desert makes this place unforgettable. I have hosted many retreats here and it is very close to my heart.

What's your personal definition of what it means to thrive?

To maximize our full potential, to serve others in this world, and to share the abundance.

Who do you look up to ? Who has helped you the most along your teacher / retreat leader journey?

Ravid Zigdon - He is the one who told me that Yoga can't stay theoretical, it must be put into practice.
