We are a certified yoga school that has been started in 2018 which has a focus on yoga teacher training and yoga retreats. Teaching conducted by our local yoga teacher class always leaves an impression with a feeling of deep well-being. This class is designed to increase and rejuvenate body awareness, flexibility, strength, balance, concentration as well as relaxation.
