Yoga was introduced to me in school. It was merely a part of our PT sessions. It was only when I trained to be a teacher, I realized what an ocean of knowledge it is. One can never stop learning.

As we grow, we complicate our lives all by ourselves. The first time I read a small book on Yoga, I felt, if only this was introduced to us when we were kids, things would have been a little less twisted. Hence, I started my journey by teaching children and went up to teaching even 70-year-olds. They all taught me wonderful things. They helped me embrace this journey more.
