For me, Sound has been my gateway to awareness, from learning classical music to today being a Nada Yogini. I established Sound Healing India to utilize sound as an effective tool to enhance all aspects of life including health, wealth, relationships and work efficiency apart from managing stress & enhancing personal and professional effectiveness.

Having conducted my signature workshops in India, Dubai, Indonesia and Malaysia, I am equally comfortable with varied mediums of Sound-based therapies, ranging from singing bowls, tuning forks, and gongs to Verbal Tones (Matrika Vigyan) also known as Sounds of Shiva

I also had an opportunity to assist Mr Mitch Nur, PhD, and Mr Craig Shankster in their research on Kansa, the bell metal used in making Singing Bowls. She presented her field studies along with them on a virtual platform.

What are your favorite Retreat Venues around the world

Well, I have been conducting retreats for the last 2 years around hill stations named Lonavala near Mumbai in India and it has been an experience of its own. Conducting sounds in water is an attraction for most of them who register.

What's your personal definition of what it means to thrive?

To thrive is to centre myself & operate from that core frequency of who I am.

Who do you look up to ? Who has helped you the most along your teacher / retreat leader journey?

Mr. Chintan Dalal, his generosity & kindness makes him a great leader. He envisions to bring meditation in every individuals life & to bring them to that state of awareness
