My teaching style is one of compassion and care, for each person that attends one of my classes or workshops.
The opportunities that I have been gifted through teaching have allowed me to grow as an individual, and they have been also beneficial for the students: I stand in front of them to humbly share the tools of self-reflection and to hold up a mirror so they might see themselves reflected as they are through their daily efforts in Yoga.
I constantly practice reflection and awareness, because we as teachers must practice what we teach. In doing so I am always learning: learning styles and metaphors to explain difficult concepts in the simplest ways, innovative methods to be objective to look at the world.
I want my classes to have true depth and for students to come back to better themselves as they feel they can explore the world and their place in it through the hours we spend together.
Yoga for me is more than hours spent on the mat, it is life itself. So there is no greater gift for me than holding space for students so that they feel supported on their journey towards self-empowerment.
Since I started teaching yoga I have been blessed to have been able to work with hundreds of students from all around the world. I am experienced in teaching Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin and Pre and Post Natal, the last having a special place in my heart.
PS-you can add my webpage on the flyer so people can access more info about me.

Style of yoga being taught-we will be focussing on sowing a seed of yoga and building basic which will help in your self-practice.
The aim is to equip people with tools that they can take back home and use them to bring mindfulness on and off the mat.
Mainly we will be introducing Hatha, Vinyasa style, yoga Nidra, and one class explaining the basics of Ashtanga yoga.
Also having spent some time in various monasteries I will be introducing various types of meditations like including Buddhism techniques of meditation.
