What are your favorite Retreat Venues around the world

Jim's Jungle Retreat, in India. The place is absolutely beautiful and calm, nested in the middle of Jim Corbett national park. The shala is one my favorite, full of natural light and the wooden floor brings a lot of warmth. Anahata, in Ashvem, Goa. The shala facing the sea is just stunning and the simple chic bungalows are great if you are looking for a comfy and relaxing stay. Niramaya Wellness Retreat, In Kovalam, Kerala is simply astonishing. The sea view, the beautiful bungalows, the food, the shala overlooking the sea. It is one of my favorite place for a wellness stay in India.

What's your personal definition of what it means to thrive?

Leaving my life the way I want, being able to fully trust my instincts and listen to my inner voice, having a complete freedom while staying deeply grounded, appreciating what life is giving me and embracing all my emotions.

Who do you look up to ? Who has helped you the most along your teacher / retreat leader journey?

All my ballet teachers, specially Brigitte Lipari, a fierce woman. Marie Claude Pietragalla, Marie Agnès Gillot were the 2 Ballerinas that inspire me for the way they were using dance to express themselves. Gérald Disse and Linda Munro from Ashtanga Yoga Paris; they were my first yoga teachers and they inspired a lot my yoga practice and spiritual growth.
