What motivates me and inspires me to teach a yoga class or retreat is when you can physically see people’s shoulders drop, their breath drop down to their belly, and a new softness in their face!

I started my yoga teacher training at 17 and was the youngest yoga teacher to do their training in the UK in 2005 with the BWY. I began to run yoga retreats in 2017 that are all based in the Hungarian countryside.

An amazing long weekend to rest and restore body, mind and soul in the gorgeous Hungarian countryside staying in a traditionally restored rustic peasant house. This 4-day retreat includes twice daily yoga classes taught by Rosa each day, including pranayama practice and meditation. The retreat includes a variety of workshops to choose from, unlimited tea and fresh fruit. This is a perfect retreat for anyone looking to disconnect to reconnect, meet new people and start new healthy habits.

Teaching Specialties

Each yoga session is aimed at getting you back into your body, to feel rooted, grounded and connected. Yoga means balance, so each practise will invite you to listen to your body, to create a sense of balance. Each session will start with deepening the breath with a variety of pranayama techniques. By improving the quality of our breath we have a direct impact on our nervous system and can affect the parasympathetic system which is linked to a state of relaxation. The asana practise will focus on warming up your body, opening the shoulders and chest area, gently building strength to enable you to sit comfortably for the pottery sessions. Each session ends with a short relaxation and meditation to steady the mind.
