Retreat Specialties

They very personalised. They very deeply connected to the application process of motivation and intentions. Why are you joining, what is your intentions to come be in retreat with me. (Pawo Yoga Retreats) Which, once we clear on this together prior arrival I work this into the theme, setting, and food and practices I choose for the week.

Teaching Specialties

I'm laughing. I would say brutal honesty, a humble human. I think I'm fun, you will learn and sweat, I appreciate contemplative conversations. I keep motivations to leave you life tools during the week in retreat to take back into your life and spiritual path.

What are your favorite Retreat Venues around the world

Villa Kastelli - Evia, Greece & Villa Selat, Bali Indonesia. Both these venues have exceptional high standard in personal touches towards integrating the student with nature, the setting is well equipped with Yoga equipment and props, and the actual retreat villa, is absolutely magnificent, set in a very peaceful quiet setting. It's perfect for retreat 'work'. Food is arrangement as per your request and catering is perfect to the needs, and authentic to the land.

What's your personal definition of what it means to thrive?

To breath into the deepest part of the human heart and let the love and flow of divine light give effortlessly.
