Hello! My name is Lily R.
I am a child of the world, and a daughter of the Moon, I believe in energies and kindness.
For almost 15 years, I have lived my life as a digital nomad and my career paths are as colorful as my personality.
I chose to live my human experiences fully, arms open, ready to receive the opportunities, the universe sent to me to exploit!
My roots are from Colombia and Egypt, I was born in Belgium, grew up in Thailand, and lived a few years in India. I graduated as a yoga teacher in the city of Rishikesh, known as the World’s yoga capital with +700 hours of training and certified by Yoga Alliance. Since then, I joined a few YTT as an assistant-teacher and taught thousands of souls as the mainteacher. It’s an amazing chance to be able to create a safe space to practice with my students, I get called to teach in retreats as a yoga teacher around the world, and teach yoga classes weekly wherever I am on this beautiful planet. I am a sound healing therapist, I work with different sound bowls shaped with different sizes themselves; I work the energy and the vibrations of each individual, I restore balance and harmony at the cellular level. see you soon!
