I am an adventurer at heart, a calm nature lover and a humble student who loves sports and wellbeing and spending time in nature especially in Lapland and central European Alps.

I have a background in competitive sports, xc-skiing and ice hockey and love freeride skiing & snowboarding.
To balance these extremes I have slowly shifted to more gentle ways of moving, such as yoga and surfing.

Throughout the years I have developed an interest in correcting the imbalance in the physical, psychological and emotional body created by past trauma, sports performance and everyday life through regular practise of yoga. Through continuous study of Yoga & Sports Medicine today, I am educating myself deeper and deeper in this field to offer you the best tools available in reshaping your life.

I love sharing & holding space for and with people to connect and inspire others to tune into the universal energies, sound & vibration surrounding us all and offer Retreats in magical Finnish Lapland built around these themes.

I truly hope we can share a part of this journey and knowledge together on our Retreats or classes and am looking forward to meeting you!

Teaching Specialties

I find it hard to speak of myself so here's a few testimonials from my students: "An attentive teacher who is gentle and at the same time rigorous. She conveys her passion with beauty and sincerity, and shows us the way deep to ourselves." "Very welcoming, calming, and laid-back. She’s an incredibly knowledgeable and wise teacher who reads the room and adjusts her classes accordingly. I was very grateful for her open mind and an open heart, as it allowed me to feel completely relaxed during the whole retreat." "Her approach is encouraging you to ensure you feel your body first rather than doing too much. I always find the yoga practice equally energizing as well as relaxing."

What's your personal definition of what it means to thrive?

To be in full balance both mentally, physically & psychologically. In tune with ones own energy and through that feel deep emotions of happiness, contentment and gratitude towards life. To feel deep connection to the oneness that inhabits us all.

Who do you look up to ? Who has helped you the most along your teacher / retreat leader journey?

My yoga & meditation teacher Dr Alv Kumar who shares the undiluted wisdom and variety of yoga and it's ancient practices. He teaches with deepest knowledge, compassion and unconditional love and is one of the purest beings one has ever come across with. A truly selfless guru who has dedicated his life to sharing the wisdom he has learned from India & Tibet combined with his knowledge in the field of biochemistry, physics and molecular biology. Also Mona Abter whos welcoming, heartful way of approaching yoga & life is ever inspiring, encouraging and ensuring. She is gentle but fierce, firm yet soft in her way of guiding us to the world of Yin & Yang combined with Ayurvedic practices.
