Naseem, born in the UK of African and Indian decent, is founder of Awakening As Woman & Her Space, and has been walking a path of truth, honouring all that is sacred since her early years. As a devoted student of Life, lover of land, celebrator of the ancient traditions, she spends her days on a small island in Denmark living simply and sharing her passion and love for all corners of life. She originates from a background of meditation, yoga, and tantra and has studied many traditions, indigenous cultures, travelled far and wide, and taken a personal 7 year deep dive into the underworld realms of shadow and trauma work. She now focuses on birthing a more radical way of human maturation through communing the personal and transpersonal within an intimate journey of embodiment, compassion and silence. Enjoying light and dark, simplicity, wholeness and beauty as it lives and breathes itself into existence. Her own healing and maturation process has laid the foundation for her current sharing on Awakening as Woman, Her Space, Embodied Yoga & Movement, Sacred Intimacy, Conscious Relating, Womb Awakening, Living Rest, Embodiment and Ancestral/Shadow/Trauma/Grief work.
