My practice is what supports me daily to share & hold space for those seeking support in their lives. I truly believe that sharing ‘Yoga’ is my purpose, to inspire, to guide, to provide a space for healing & transformation through gathering community, to share, to move & to collectively cultivate a deeper understanding of the mind and body.

Retreat Specialties

I live a life that is authentic to what I preach in the teachings of yoga. I live with less, in a small community in Costa Rica, in nature where my daily routine consists of teaching, surfing, spending time immersed in nature & allowing my meditation practice to cultivate abundance. I love that this is my life & that I can inspire others to step away from all of the comforts of the modern world, to live with less but to have more in quality of life. In a yoga retreat we can dive deeper into possibilities of how we can have it all which consist of practices that start from the moment we wake until the moment we hit the pillow. Combining surf, meditation, energy work, visualization and asana I create a well rounded experience that will leave a student wanting to explore more & to continue the work.

What are your favorite Retreat Venues around the world

Ashiyana Retreat Centre in Goa, India. - the international yoga teachers, the authenticity to the eastern yoga practice & I loved that each of them practiced what they preached. The yoga Shalas & the grounds were very healing.
