Page Sieffert is one of my Pilates Master Trainers. She empowered me as a teacher and has always supported me in following my dreams. David Adam & Camila Reis trained me as a Yoga Teacher and inspired me to be creative with my practice. Lisa Bortolotto was one of my Yoga Teachers in Monaco who got me into Ashtanga.
