Experience a sensory, meditative journey with Mama Cacao. You are served a rose-infused cacao drink to start off our session - helping you to connect to yourself, this ancient superfood, open your heart and awaken your senses of sight, smell and taste. Our meditation is followed by a ""living within purpose"" journaling workshop.

Mama Cacao is a tree-to-bar chocolate-maker, cacao-farmer & educator, based out in Costa Rica. She guides retreats, farm tours, runs workshops and curates chocolate-themed culinary and theatrical events. Her focus for her business is mission-driven. She is committed to the empowerment of women, regeneration of ecosystems and the preservation of cacao tradition and its culture. This she feels can be done through collaborations, skill-sharing, education and innovative-thinking.
