After climbing out of a lifetime of trauma, I am here, dedicated to helping you do the same. My story is intense, but it led me to be here, remembering all that I am outside of what happened to me. With fortitude and a deep sense of determination, I now sit here committed to helping you remember yourself.

As a trauma-informed coach, I incorporate vibrational healing, mindfulness, and meditation into self-care instruction. My intuitive ability to see the unseen, to explain the un-felt, and to reach into the root of what is holding you back is unparalleled within the healing community and one that I take very seriously with great respect for the process of coming home to oneself.

Whether you are working through chronic pain, disease, or dis-ease such as depression, anxiety, thought patterns, or limiting belief systems, I share valuable tools that create dramatic transformations in all areas of your life.

Everything in life starts and ends with you. Start with investing in yourself. It’s the best investment you can make in life.

Our job is not to deny the story, but to defy the ending—to rise strong, recognize our story, and rumble with the truth until we get to a place where we think, Yes. This is what happened. And I will choose how the story ends.”- Brené Brown

Retreat Specialties

All retreats/workhops are hosted with a trauma-informed approach. Incorporating elements of yoga, breathwork, meditation, mindfulness and vibrational medicine.

Teaching Specialties

I’ve been told that I am a big personality wrapped up in a small package! But my heart is what I aim to connect with you more than anything. I don't subscribe to self-abuse and will call you out every step of the way, finding humor in the dark, love in the fear and compassion in all the ways that are important.

What are your favorite Retreat Venues around the world

My favorite location to date for hosting was at Camp Fircom in BC. It was all farm to table food, incredible staff, the location couldn't have been more magical for the women moving through some heavy emotion. We were surrounded by the water and the forest with cozy cabins.

What's your personal definition of what it means to thrive?

Life is messy and glorious and complicated. When we allow ourselves to dive into all of the "mess" without apology, we will thrive within life; for only then are we truly living.

Who do you look up to ? Who has helped you the most along your teacher / retreat leader journey?

Tina Clelland, Energy Life Coach. Alyson Quinn, Trauma-informed Institute. Donalie Caldwell, Retired nurse & Galactic Light Language Mentor. Julia Mare, Quantum Touch, Body Speak Mentor. ALSO the work of Joe Dispenza, Gabor Mate, Brene Brown, Vessel Van Der Kolk, Candace Pert, Bruce Lipton, Mel Robbins (to name a few)
