Students can expect that I will stir the pot and bring the cherry on top of the cake. There is deep reflection and inner knowing needed in the work yet it is coupled with experiencing joy and pleasure. I will celebrate your humanity and Divinity with humour, direction and love.

What are your favorite Retreat Venues around the world

I love the Osheanic Retreat centre in Brazil. I have been on many retreats in the chilly Himalayas and I appreciated having the constant sun, the fragrant flowers, the cool pool, the tasty food and the warm staff.

What's your personal definition of what it means to thrive?

Thriving is the total aliveness of being. When you wake up in the morning really excited about the treasures of the day that await. When you feel you are aligned with your dharma and able to bring your gifts to those who are ready to receive them.
