Retreat Specialties

We always offer a wide variety of styles of practices throughout our week-long retreats. We always theme the week around characters from yoga philosophy and the offerings and teachings that these archetypes invite us to embody. We then use these teachings to sequence and develop our practices, so that every time we come to the mat throughout the week, we are deepening our understanding of what these archetypes are calling us towards in our own lives.

Teaching Specialties

Clear, articulate instructions, a vast knowledge of the body and how to organize the body into our various asanas and their modifications. Students can expect creative, but accessible sequences that will hold their focus while deepening their connection to their own body. I take the practice seriously, but never myself, so students can always expect to laugh and have a good time while learning and deepening their practice.

What are your favorite Retreat Venues around the world

Costa Rica Yoga Spa in Nosara, Costa Rica- I loved the staff and family atmosphere. The outdoor yoga shala was incredible, overlooking a beautiful valley that leads to the ocean.

What's your personal definition of what it means to thrive?

To feel at home in your body in anything and everything you do.

Who do you look up to ? Who has helped you the most along your teacher / retreat leader journey?

My retreat partner Grace Rosewarne is one of my biggest inspirations. We always pull on her knowledge of yoga philosophy to dive into themes and contemplations for our retreats. We both bring so much to the table, complimenting each other's strengths and bringing our own unique offerings to the planning process. Noah Mazé is another inspiration for me.
