As a local bushwalking guide, after chatting on the walks, I realised that many people were connecting with my personal journey combining nature with yoga as a technique to live in balance.

I have been very open about my personal experiences with anxiety and depression and the community were begging to learn the techniques I've employed over the years to bring peace and happiness back into my life.

For the last few years in response to people's interest in my own personal work, I have created bespoke outdoor events in nature to heal, restore, relax and importantly provide take-home techniques for people to improve their lives.

Creating events and seeing people go through a noticeable physical and spiritual transformation during the event is a highly privileged position to be in. With a following of repeat "retreat-goers" who return monthly to rejuvenate further, simply lights my soul!

Nature is the ultimate healer, my specialised events ensure that every person is held in the wisdom of nature and lineage of yogic practices to bring the ultimate peace into our everyday hectic lives.

Retreat Specialties

Our retreats use a variety of techniques to achieve relaxation and restoration. All events are outdoors in beautiful natural sessions. We also provide journaling booklets and guides for at home follow up work. The session is more than the event, it is subtle life lessons and experiences that help us find our true selves.

Teaching Specialties

I am very much the student. I learn from my attendees, I listen, I respect. I understand we are all beginners in some way, I create a safe space for compassion and love to thrive. There are often tears and laughter and we accept and nurture whatever the session brings. After every session we finish with a shared tea and discussion to reflect on the experience and share.

What are your favorite Retreat Venues around the world

Illawarra Rhododendron Gardens, Wollongong Australia. An outdoor venue that has continued to support our events and provide the most beautiful outdoor setting. Floating Leaf Resort, Sanur, Bali. Where I completed my 200hr teaching qualification. The venue is perfectly suited for yoga retreats. Purna Yoga Retreat, Nepal. A beautiful retreat overlooking Pokhara. A full wellness centre with a full program of traditional classes and retreat specialities. Perfect for beginners and experienced yogis.

What's your personal definition of what it means to thrive?

To thrive is to be authentic, to have the freedom to BE and live from our true selves. Once we have the courage to follow our own path, no matter the obstacles, our physical, spiritual and emotional elements all vibrate and align to be the best person we can be. Once we find our own path, we find the kindness and compassion in our hearts for not only others, but ourselves.
