Jeevi moved from his hometown in Nepal to Australia in 1996, he quickly noticed that many Australians didn’t really know how to make delicious and nutritious plant-based meals, and set about sharing his unique culinary vision here in Sydney.
In 2012, he won the People’s Choice Award for the Hot Raw Chef competition. An award that cemented his growing reputation as a rising vegetarian chef in Australia. For many people that would be enough. But Jeevi continued on and travelled to the USA to graduate as a certified raw food chef and instructor at the “Living Light Culinary Art Institute.”
In addition to his undeniable cooking talents, Jeevi brings another unique skill to the table. The joy of laughter, through laughter yoga. Jeevi believes that, if you cook or prepare meal with positive energy and laughter, you channel that energy into food. You feel that energy within the food when you eat.
