I run retreats here in Australia and overseas. I absolutely love what I do. My background is in Energy work and Crystal Therapy. I have been using crystals and rituals since I was a teenager and they are part of my life, to be able to teach, and see guests inspired to know more is a very humbling experience. The retreats that I run, include yoga, Sound Healing, Meditations, workshops on energy, crystals plant-based food and classes, art therapy, dream therapy, nature bathing. I always make sure that we are on amazing properties surround by nature so we can tap into the healing powers of Mother Earth, and disconnect from all the noise of everyday life

Teaching Specialties

The have my 110% input from the time of leading up to the retreat, whilst retreating and after. I believe that each one of us is our own healer, and as such I try and impart as much knowledge as possible for my students to benefit from and have in their tool box.

What are your favorite Retreat Venues around the world

Ravensdale Retreat at Yarramalong valley - on 250 acres of land it has its own special energy, surround by Sacred Mountains. We always have a Welcome to Country and Smoking Ceremony with Uncle Gavi and the land just holds you. Reflections Retreat in Vanuatu looking forward to the time when we can be back here retreating with our own private lagoon and surround by pristine reef

What's your personal definition of what it means to thrive?

I feel that to "Thrive" is something that we are capable of in our everyday life, for me it is being in the flow, with my family, mother earth, and myself. To be in tune with all that there is

Who do you look up to ? Who has helped you the most along your teacher / retreat leader journey?

Mother Earth is always an inspiration. I live in the National Park and am surrounded by Ocean, and Forest, that is where I get most of my inspiration from. Dali Lama just everything about him I am inspired by, always his message of Love. My husband Brad Graham, as he always supports me no matter how out there my ideas are, and my Soul Sister Kiki Dankova, one of the most inspirational people I know, she just has it! And of course, my son Orlando Graham, who keeps it real at 17 years of age
