We all know that change is inevitable, but how can we create the right conditions to nurture and foster healthy shifts in our lives? Following the death and decay of winter, spring brings a new cycle of change and growth; a time for planting seeds. The element of wood represents a tree or a sprout bursting out of the earth to explore new opportunities and possibilities. Come set powerful intentions, embrace new experiences and manifest fresh ideas in the perfect setting for spring planting!

It was a really fun experience for me, gave me so much to think about and I am definitely going to be including way more yoga in my life now. Also the farm is beautiful and perfect for a peaceful, reflective time. Sue and Nicola are inspiring and positive, as was this retreat. 🙂 Namaste!

It was a real eye opening experience for me to be able to learn yoga in such a peaceful setting, enjoying those amazingly healthy meals knowing that everything you take in is good for your health and soul! To be able to experience this again with the whole family is now on my bucket list!

This is my fourth Unity Retreat, and they just keep getting better. Stowel Lake Farm is a stunning and special location. I come for the yoga, but I stay for the organic veggie meals, and of course the good company!

    Hi Sue & Nicola,

Harvest the Spirit Retreat truly exceeded my expectations. It’s been more than a week since the retreat and I still feel grounded, serene & refreshed. The location was inspiring. Staying in a yurt was a fun & novel experience. Our little community of yogis was so wonderful. I felt so well taken care of with the Stowel Lake Farm amenities and the fabulous farm fresh cuisine. Sue & Nicola, you are such great teachers & your styles are so complimentary. Before the retreat I had been feeling a lot of anxiety, which was new & worrisome. I think the time to reflect, along with the steady yoga & meditation practice helped me address issues I wasn’t even aware of. And I am still amazed that I am no longer feeling anxiety. I thought I signed on for yoga in a beautiful environment & I did, but I got so much more.
Thanks again. I’m looking forward to another retreat in future.

I’ve been reflecting on my time spent at your retreat since my return back to my daily life. I feel as though there has been a much needed energetic shift that has helped me to come back home to a deeper connection to myself and look outwards with new eyes. The combination of inspiring teachers, yoga, stillness, laughter and beautiful location truly reinvigorated me to my core. I feel as though I returned home with some precious gems which I will no doubt carry with me in the days forward. Thank you!
