This is the third annual Vancouver retreat. For September, 2019, we have TWO yoga classes per day, always the gentle Hatha yoga with fun Kundalini stretches and a few Pilates-type exercises for the core. Even beginners will enjoy these classes.
There is also an interesting and informative workshop every day on the theme A Consciousness of Love. You will learn to choose the path of love in your thoughts, words and actions, thereby improving your health and increasing your sense of peace and joy. We will work from the book A Return to Love by Marianne Williamson.
Participants will have lots of free time to explore the hiking trails, canoe on the pristine lake and just relax in the beautiful, natural setting. Our own private lodge is comfort supreme and has a dedicated kitchen and dining room plus our own fireplace lounge for evenings.
