As a physiotherapist interested in body health my journey took me to Yoga. I started with Ashtanga yoga which changed my life completely and took me on an adventure with exploring and learning different yoga styles. After completing my first 200h TTC I meet the love of my life. Now we successfully, more than 4 years organize, lead and host Five Elements Yoga & Adventure Retreats in one of the most beautiful towns in Croatia, Rovinj.

Every day I'm learning and improving. Yoga for me is a way of living.

The Five Elements retreat center is a place where you will balance yourself with five fabulous experiences of which two are really unique!!!! LOCATION - We are situated in one of the most beautiful towns in Croatia. FOOD - Amazing vegetarian/vegan food made from local and organic ingredients, prepared with love and care. YOGA - We lead yoga classes according to the Five Elements concept, therefore every day you will activate your body and learn different yoga styles. Teaching Specialties

As a student myself I can give and share what I know and discover... It can be some different move or thought or energy or the whole experience. The student is the one who will receive what they need at that moment. Sometimes you have one intention before class and in the end, it turns out totally different, it really depends on the whole energy of the class. The main principle of my yoga classes is CONCEPT OF THE FIVE ELEMENTS. Also, we developed FIVE MOVEMENTS exercises which cover all the elements, which are basic moves for a healthy body and meditative for the mind

What are your favorite Retreat Venues around the world

I have been on few places in India and one in Europe and my favorite place is where I now lead yoga retreats with my partner Marin Vayu 😉 Five elements Yoga and Adventure Retreats in Rovinj, Croatia - It's located in one of the most beautiful towns on the Adriatic coast. It offers a balanced program for all levels of yoga experience and physical strength. The program is inspired by the Five Elements concept throughout daily Yoga, Meditation, lectures, and Adventure activities like Kayaking, Biking, Stand-up paddling, Windsurfing, and Hiking. In the morning we go inward to discover and learn more about ourselves and in the afternoon we enjoy elements in nature and have fun. Life is all about balance, right? PS: Food is amazing!

What's your personal definition of what it means to thrive?

To follow your dream and to never give up! When you discover and do something that you love you already succeed!
