What are your favorite Retreat Venues around the world

Zen Spirit Yoga Retreat in Costa Rica — This beachfront retreat is off the beaten path with miles of empty beach to enjoy right out your front door. The healthy vegetarian food was amazing and the view from the roof-top yoga shala at sunset was outstanding. Zen Spirit is a true retreat where you can really unplug from life and plug into your inner self for rejuvenation.

What's your personal definition of what it means to thrive?

To thrive is to live in alignment with your inner truth — to follow your dreams and what brings you joy, to share your gifts generously, and to express freely who you really are in the world.

Who do you look up to ? Who has helped you the most along your teacher / retreat leader journey?
